The hotel is a very clean, famous and renovated building located in one of the most beautiful streets of Yerevan. Everything you need, a Cafe to sit or a nice restaurant to eat is just is in your walking distance. Staff are good and supporting. Breakfast is very good, with a lot of delicious choices.

A very nice Soviet era hotel perfectly located in Yerevan close to the opera house. We arrived quite early but the staff were really helpful and our room was soon ready ahead of schedule. We had a huge room with a nice view of Mount Ararat. Large comfortable bed. A nice lounge area with armchairs, coffee table, desk, fridge and drink making facilities. Plenty of storage space. Decent sized bathroom with a bath (the only real grumble). Breakfast was a huge buffet with plenty of vegan options, really impressive. Ideal hotel for a long weekend or much longer.

The rooms which I reserved for my family and stayed there for 5-6 nights were spacious, with very moderate furniture and simple decorations. The breakfast was OK. The breakfast hall was not big enough for the full hotel but it was managed. The reception team were always helpful and ready to provide any advice. There was a 24 hours bar.

A great hotel with very central location, overlooking the beautiful opera house in 5 min. walk to republic square. They have amazing kind and professional personnel, ready to help in each and every issue. The cleaning service is just perfect, a separate thanks to the cleaning ladies!!! Will definitely come back to this Hotel.

This Hotel has Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, delicious breakfasts - especially we liked the bread from their own bakery. The overall design is retro, but authentic and very welcoming, with spacious lobby, restaurants and cafes inside. The pool was very clean and gym had nice options. Thank you guys

The Hotel offers very large room and very cofortable bed..The lobby is spacios and welcoming, breakfast is rich with all typical food from cauciasian......Te view on the city was rally good and the position Excellent..just walking distance from The Cascade and from Republik square

The staff is absolutely fabulous....very kind, attentive and professional. The breakfast is superb, with many options, egg station, etc. The sauna is excellent. The swimming pool and gym are are not the fanciest, but are great if you want to swim and exercise.

Very welcoming staff. We were provided an upgraded room which made our 8-night stay much more comfortable. Very good location! easy to walk anywhere, city center, quit street, easy to access by taxi or car. Comfortable beds, everything is clean. Good variety of food for breakfast, incl. vegetables, fruit, berries, drinks, etc.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. Especially Lili and Pavel at the front desk did much to make our stay as pleasant as possible, for example, exchanging the initial assigned room to one more suited for our requirements, recommending restaurants and sights to see in Yerevan, dealing with taxis, storing luggage etc. The room was large, very clean, with comfortable bed, good shower and bath. Very good location. Pool and sauna area. Good lobby bar and coffee shop. Will return to this hotel when next in Yerevan.
